We are delighted to announce that our recent Research Seminar with Professors Ludivine Calamel and Pierre-Yves Sanséau, held on Thursday, October 26th at UQAM, was a resounding success.

Professor Ludivine Calamel shared her research on “The Role of Proximities in the Development of Managerial Innovation in Collaborative Contexts.” This study delves into how actors collaborate to shape a new human resources management practice.

On the other hand, Professor Pierre-Yves Sanséau presented various research areas, including “Entrepreneurship & Mindfulness.” This longitudinal study explores the effects of mindfulness meditation on entrepreneurs and SME leaders, revealing how it influences managerial practices.

We would like to express our gratitude to these professors for their contributions to the success of this research event, as well as to all the participants. Your presence and ideas made this day truly memorable.
